Baseball Factory is conducting a nationwide search to locate the best high school baseball players in the United States.

Tryouts will be run similar to a pro-style workout camp. Baseball Factory and Team One scouts will evaluate players on various aspects of the game including speed, defense, pitching, hitting, and arm strength.
Players must register to attend. These tryouts also serve as a selection process for the Under Armour Pre-Season All-America Team and theUnder Armour All-America Game, previously the Cape Cod High School Classic. Where players are seen by pro scouts and top college coaches.

Evaluation from a pro scout

Players will receive a verbal evaluation over the phone within 72 hours after the tryout. This scouting report will reveal your college potential, suggest areas for improvement and let you know where you rate compared to the average high school baseball player. Baseball Factory is a scouting partners for Baseball America.

Under Armour Tournament Team & Training Camp Selection

Players will find out if they have been selected to compete on a Under Armour National Tournament Team or to participate in a National Training Camp or other events including the Under Armour All-America Game, previously the Cape Cod High School Classic, as seen on ESPNU and MLB.com. This annual game features the 36 best rising juniors and seniors in the nation. Baseball Factory and Team One are scouting partners for Baseball America.

Online Showcase Prep Course (Premium Package Only)

You will be enrolled in an Online Showcase Prep Course on Baseball University. This course will teach you proper baseball mechanics through online video, pictures and written materials. This class will help you prepare for your tryout and any other showcases, camps or tournaments you plan on attending.

College Recruiting Info

Players and parents will take part in our College Recruiting Seminar, where they will be introduced to the college recruiting process and learn detailed steps they need to take in order to play baseball at the next level. Players will receive a free College Recruiting Calendar.

Do you want to play college baseball?  You have to stay in contact with college coaches so that they can recruit you.  Coaches have limited budgets and hectic travel schedules, so it is important that you are reaching out to them, instead of waiting for them to come see you play.  Receive a copy of Baseball Factory’s college coach database with contact information for over 1,600 coaches, including over 1,100 email addresses.

Instruction

Baseball Factory and Team One coaches will include former professional players, former college coaches, and current professional scouts. Through a Scouting Seminar we will inform players of what we are evaluating them on during each aspect of the workout, helping them prepare for the on-field evaluation.
