The doors will open to Sherwood Forest on Monday July 21, 2006 at 6:30 pm (or 30 minutes after last games end if after 6:30 pm) to get ready for the Welcome Ceremony. Everyone is invited to the Welcome Ceremony for free!

Sunday morning July 20, 2008 pool play will begin! Good luck to all the teams! The final game will be held Thursday or Friday depending on the number of teams entered and the weather. Unless the weather is really wild, we will play as scheduled. We have the best field crew in Arkansas and possibly in the south. Sunday July 27, 2008 will be the rain out day.
